Hi guys! Bit of an unorthodox post, but we really want to make this happen.
At present Sasaki and Miyano is up for the Web Manga Awards. This isn’t your average online poll; the top-voted web manga gets a huge mural in Shinjuku Station (the world’s busiest train station, which means ~3 million eyes on the mural daily) plus a number of collaborative projects. SasaMiya has consistently landed in the top 10, making top 5 last year, and we want to make it NUMBER ONE this year.
As an added incentive, Harusono-sensei has agreed to a number of ‘rewards’ if readers get Sasaki and Miyano into the top 3, as follows:
- “What if Sasaki and Miyano had been roommates?”
- “Hirano and Kagiura’s Christmas Party”
- [any request] (“What if?” setups are OK)
If the series makes it to 3rd place, readers will be allowed to choose one of the above. If 2nd, they can choose two. And if 1st…we get ALL OF THEM. I know I desperately want to read these, and I’m sure you do as well (because rest assured, September Scans HAS GOT YOUR BACK!), so we’re calling on you for a final wave of votes!
HOW TO VOTE
- Go here, the official voting page for Sasaki and Miyano.
- Scroll down until you see two big red buttons. The one on the left says “Twitterで投票” (“Vote via Twitter”)–click it! You’ll need a Twitter account to vote, so make sure you’ve got one ready!
- You’ll be prompted to login to your Twitter account, so do so, at which point you’ll be redirected back to a final vote authorization page.
- Click the big red 投票する button (“Vote”)
- Enjoy the cute little ‘thank you’ comic from the boys!
You can vote ONCE A DAY, ONCE PER ACCOUNT. Voting resets at midnight Japan time.
